What is the process to apply for a job abroad through Ayat International Employment Services?
Share your details (name, skill/trade, experience, passport status) via WhatsApp or the “Register as Candidate” form on our website. We match you with a suitable opening, guide you through documentation, and support you through visa processing and travel.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport is essential. Depending on the job and country, you may also need experience certificates, educational documents, passport-size photos, and a medical fitness certificate — we guide you on exactly what is required for your specific job.
Do you charge any fee for finding a job?
Please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone to discuss service charges for your specific case, as this can vary by role and country.
How long does the process take from application to travel?
It depends on the employer, country and visa processing time. Typically it can range from a few weeks to a few months. We keep candidates updated at every stage.
Which countries do you place candidates in?
We currently work with employers in the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) and Europe (Moldova, Romania and other European countries), along with related visa, VFS and travel services.
Is Ayat International Employment Services a government-registered agency?
Yes. Ayat International Employment Services is registered under IEC and UDYAM (MSME), based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
I do not have a passport yet, can I still apply?
Yes, you can still register as a candidate. We can guide you on passport application and PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) as part of our services.
How do I check the status of my application?
